  4.                            VIDEO BUFF INSTALLATION
  5.  
  6.         To install "VIDEO BUFF" make a seperate directory for the program
  7.         i.e. "MKDIR VIDEO".
  8.  
  9.         Copy all programs from the disk to the new directory
  10.         i.e. "COPY A:*.* C:".
  11.  
  12.         To start the "VIDEO BUFF" change the directory to "VIDEO".
  13.  
  14.         Enter "VIDEO" to start the "VIDEO BUFF".

  42.      VIDEO BUFF is a video tape tracking program. The program is menu driven
  43.      and easy to use. The user most likely will never use the manual except
  44.      for installation.
  45.  
  46.      The program is written in DBASE III the converted to compile under 
  47.      Clipper 5.0.
  48.  
  49.      The program features are listed below:
  50.  
  51.      1.      Add video tapes names to list
  52.              Before a name is added duplicates are checked and displayed on
  53.              the screen for the user. The user can then decide to add or edit
  54.              the entry.
  55.      
  56.      2.      Display or Edit record. If name is not found the user can add
  57.              name directly. Full screen editing is allowed.
  58.      
  59.      3.      Delete any record as required.
  60.      
  61.      4.      Print video tape labels on several formats.
  62.      
  63.      5.      Special topic/subject search for locating recorded programs
  64.      
  65.      6.      Separate Duplication search feature for video tape list
  66.              maintainance.

  68.      7.      Statistics are kept and displayed to the user on how many tapes
  69.              and type for the video tape library.
